Payment Terms and Conditions:
1. Payment Due:
Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service.
2. Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept only credit card payments. We regret that we cannot accept cash, checks, or other forms of payment.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- If a scheduled assignment is cancelled with less than two full business days’ notice, full payment of the agreed fee is required.
- If an assignment is cancelled with more than two full business days’ notice, all fees are waived
Legal Considerations:
This Fee Schedule is a legally binding agreement once service is booked. By requesting service, the requester agrees to the stipulated fees and payment terms. All fees and rates are non-negotiable. SIVRI® reserves the right to take legal action for non-payment or breach of this agreement.
